Ayam Essential ships within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may change at any time depending on courier coverage, customs requirements, legal restrictions, or operational limitations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, this will normally be shown at checkout or communicated to you after your order is placed.
Order processing

Incorrect shipping details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout. Ayam Essential is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Failed delivery attempts
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave the package in a safe place, attempt redelivery, redirect it to a collection point, or return it to us in line with their policies.
Where a parcel is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.

Restricted locations

Split shipments
